Opening soon, the hidden pantry, a new farm shop currently under construction on our olive grove, set to open in early December. Our mission is to celebrate the region’s finest artisan food producers by creating a space that’s as much about story and provenance as it is about quality.

We’re inviting a select group of local makers to lease shelf space in our shop — a model that’s a little different from traditional retail. Rather than taking a markup on your products, we offer a fixed-rate shelf lease, giving you full control over pricing and presentation. It’s a transparent, producer-first approach designed to support small-scale artisans and foster direct relationships with customers.
