About our trees
Planted over 25 years ago, our trees are mainly Tuscan varieties, with a few others mixed in. This gives our olive oil a unique flavour, nurtured in Canterbury's fertile soil.
Locally Sourced
Every drop of our olive oil comes from olives grown on our own grove in West Melton. When you choose our product, you support local rural industry and enjoy the freshest oil possible.
Artisanal Production
Our olive oil is made with love. From harvesting to pressing and bottling, we personally handle every olive and every drop.

In the challenging year of 2023, we took a courageous leap of faith from the bustling streets of Auckland to embark on our wonderful adventure; buying our very own olive grove online without ever seeing it in person first!
This is why we affectionately call it Sight Unseen!
Since that thrilling moment, we've enthusiastically dived headfirst into the captivating world of olive growing, relishing every aspect of our new country life.
Nero
Nero is, without a doubt, our most dedicated and hard-working team member, expertly tasked with the important job of chasing off those pesky bunnies and cheeky birds that dare to approach our precious olive trees.
As the unofficial guardian of our grove, he takes his role very seriously— well, at least until he gets distracted!
Nero is also our charming official greeter, always ready to welcome you with a wagging tail and a big, goofy grin.
And if you happen to stop by, don’t forget to give him a good ear rub; it’s one of his absolute favorite things!
